Some better news - a Patrick update for those interested.

The vet came back out to P tonight and gave us some better news, whilst the ulcers are still there they are improving and he doesn't think there has been any further damage to the eyes. I can stop the Atropine drops but continue with the antibiotics. P still has to stay in his darkened stable until the Atropine effect wears off but there is now light at the end of the tunnel.

So I'm off to the pub to celebrate, we still have some way to go but its looking a lot better than earlier in the week thank goodness.

Thank you everybody he is definately feeling better, he threw his feedbucket at me again this morning and tried to push me over as I was skipping out, not to mention trying to knock the wheelbarrow over too. I've never been so pleased to have a bucket thrown at me before
