Though DOC is meant for elite riders there is plenty of useful direction there for the amateur rider who wants to be the best.

Eric's post is just a useful reminder that we want to be the best we can be even if not competitive.

And as per our fb conversation - BE should take note, a 2 day convention, mixing GR riders with the elite. And they could even include the AGM - what a scandal that could be.....

I really enjoyed Eric's course walks some very interesting points that could be used even at BE100 level.

DOC is amazing. Its like the Carl Hester stuff which also resonated with me - simple, clear and precise training to make the best of yourself and the horse.

I LOVE learning. I think I could actually give up competing to train with amazing people.

Funny you have posted that - I was having a discussion about it with friends yesterday and discussing the different styles! I agree about RP. I love looking at things like that as you can look at such detail as all over the same fence and same moment in time.
