Many of you know that ive changed my farrier after finding out my last one wasnt registered and several other problems with him. Well on 15th December i took a saddle in to get repaired with the farriers best mate who owns a tack shop. Told me it would take 3 days to repair, at the start of January it still wasnt even looked at, so he lent me a saddle while he fixed my one. In february it still wasnt looked at so i got sick of calling, left my house and mobile number, told him to give me a ring when it was fixed.
Last week i get a call to say that saddle is ready and hes really cheeky to me on the phone. When i first picked up i could hear him talking to someone and laughing about something. I later hear that hes talking to my old farrier who reminded him that i had that saddle, also told him that im being cruel to my horses, that some are out during the day without rugs on them (they are heavy cobs!!!)
Im just really annoyed that hes called me after this length of time and demands that i bring his saddle back or he will come and collect it.
Hubby said to make him wait 6 months lol
