Animals will always suffer in man's conflicts.

Unfortunately, many people in other countries have a different attitude towards animals.

Disgusting though it is, the poor donkeys could be better off being blown up for a quick ending rather than the long and miserable lives they are forced to live otherwise. (although obviously I don't condone it and I wouldn't want anyone hurt!)
