Keen to take new puppy everywhere over the next few months- problem is the second the house heating even drops below toastie she shivers.

So, to take her out she ends up wrapped in blankets which isn't conducive to her doing anything as she can't move in them!

Do teeny tiny (almost palm of your hand but not quite) dog coats exist? Have seen some extra small jumpers (useless on my friends JRT pups and they are twice the size- fit them but kept getting legs stuck and dew claws caught.

Any suggestions?

Well presumably she won't be able to walk anywhere until after she has had her second injection, so carrying her wrapped in a blanket shouldn't be a problem. Once she gets moving she will be warmer anyway. Found this one on ebay:

Round the house, the best thing is a roaring log fire or an Aga!

Thanks Sooty.

Well yes she is walking places without her second jab- friends houses/gardens with jabbed dogs etc. Not put on the ground anywhere where unjabbed dogs might have been but I'm lucky to have friends with 'safe' dogs and indeed puppies to socialise her with, so she does go on the floor in some places (or she would if she wasn't so shivery!)

have a look on good old Ebay. I got some tiny ones on there for friend for christmas, cant remember the sellers name though. But there are a lot of dog clothes shop on there!!!

Well, they probably wouldn't fit her now, but Fido Fleece is an excellent brand to look out for (and I believe you can get them in the UK).

My Boston Terrier can handle temperatures down to about zero, and then her back legs start juddering twenty to the dozen. It gets down to minus ten in NY throughout the winter, so I've roadtested various products, but this one seems to do the job better than most.
