Sorry, this is a rahter pointless, whingy post...but SURELY, if you send your child to a pony birthday party in February where they'll be gallivanting round a park, it's common sense to send them in WELLIES?

We had a bit of a disastrous pony party today. Hate to say it, but is probably the first time I've wanted to use the word "townie"!

Remember one girl turning up for her first lesson when I was still working - she was in floral tights and a skirt
 
Some people don't get any better when they grow up either! I can remember an owner who came up to the stud (where my mare went to be put in-foal) to see her mare and foal(she came about twice in s year!) and she used to arrive in white high-heeled sandals . . . hmm, very practical in a yard!!!!
