Just opened my horse magazine to see pictures of revolting ex-friend telling her woeful story!

It fails to mention that she offered me her mare after the great and tragic loss of my own this year and that after several visits and phone calls she backed out as soon as the foal was born, see my previous thread about 'some friends are not worth having' I am suffering from depression since losing my angel and she despite her so called 'illness' was true to form, as usual.

So having blocked her from my phone and FB she still manages to get into my house in a flipping magazine!

I am nearly 40 and have known her since we were at school together, she causes a wake of pain behind her and is as selfish as they come, so don't feel sorry for her, she has lost so many horses over the years through back related problems and when I say lost I mean PTS at a young age, because she is heavy, she chooses fine limbed creatures that she then breaks, if you want to feel sorry for anything feel sorry for her horses.

Okay I feel better now, sorry if this offends anyone with same illness, its the not the illness I moaning about its the person!

My ex sister in law ended up in a magazine along with their kids after he died saying how in love they were and how they were going to make him proud  No mention of the fact that he was on the verge of leaving her mind

I've come to the conclusion that folks have selective memories and remember what suits them best ;)

Oh yes, very topical. Someone who is going to be featuring soon in one of the newsletters produced by one of the natural horse type organisations has a shambolic track record with horses. But manages to talk a good story, full of woe is me, so not everyone knows the shameful manner she has gone through umpteen horses and the neglectful way she treated them whilst in her care.

Just console yourself with the fact that those who matter know the truth OP, and that the rest don't matter.

I just read some of the article online, reading between the lines you can see there are two sides to every tale.

OP

I did send you an Inbox, asking where abouts in country you lived. I was on my phone at the time so was very brief.

You havent replied, but the reason for my asking was i had/have available a mare, for free share.....

Years back a certain mag did an article on my friend and her horse but they twisted the story to make out she was a terrible owner but that couldn't have been further from the truth. The *expert* gave lots of advice, which they printed but they failed to print that she has tried all that and more which is why she sent her horse to the *expert* in the first place.

I have recently decided that my life is better off without an attention seeking "poisonous friend" as I like to refer to them, being ignored is the most annoying thing in the world so I suggest you get yourself a big bar of chocolate and smile because you have all your lovely H&H friends on here and I bet just 1 person on here is worth more than 10 of them :)
