Someone coming to view horse any advice?

Someones coming to see my horse on saturday, didn't realise i even had him advertised for sale still but anyway i am wanting to sell him. Been advertising him for ages but when you get someone interested i start to think how much i will miss him, Anyways has anyone got any advice for me, usually just show him being ridden in field and then let them ride in field and then on roads. Advice?

Don't sell him unless you are 100% sure you want to, otherwise you may regret it x

Just thought I would mention that your post is a little confusing..

you say that you didn't realise he was up for sale but had been advertising him for ages??

I am wanting to sell him have been advertising him for sale a while back, but then decided i would loan him as not much interest in current financial times. Am wanting advice on how to show him to them like ideas and questions to ask them
