Someone coming to visit Monkey tonight, what to look out for??!

Ok, after all your lovely comments i decided to play safe with £4000 becuase i will have to leave by the end of April-so soon and need a relavively quick sale, although im having some regret at putting the price at £4000 as after ony 10hours of putting the add up i have had 5 calls and someone is coming tonight! Now i know loads of people post what they should ask sellers about the horse- i want to know what i should ask the buyers eg What do you plan to do with him? i love this horse so much i only want the best so im a little worried about what will happen to him when hes sold. Do i offer a trial or is that too risky? What should i bring with me- photos of shows or passport or what? ahhh im so nervous and scared! I dont want him to gooooo.....

in my experience the worst thing you can do is go on about how much you will miss him and dont want him to go as it puts buyers off.
It can make them feel guilty for wanting to buy the horse or make tham think you are trying to put them off.

Just make it clear you have enjoyed your time with the horse but unfortunately for whatever your circumstances are you have to sell.
Take any nice pics you can find ones from summer if you can when neddies looking its best and jumping ones you can get, also passport just so they can scan it see everything is in order.

By all means ask what they intend to do with neddie if they wish to purchase also ask if they decide to buy if they would mind you calling once twice a year to check progress.
Ask if its private or livery yard it is to be stabled on what sort of facilities they have ect just so you have a good image in your mind as to what sort of home it is going too.
