So... I'm looking for an air jacket. Was considering a Point 2, but, I then heard that the air bags they originally used (manufactured by Helite) are much better than the ones Point 2 now use. Is this the case? I am now considering buying a Helite air jacket (now sold by Treehouse Sporting Colours) Would someone please tell me the facts behind all the rumours? Been well and truly put off from what Ive heard about Point 2. Thanks😊

Pretty much identical I reckon. They both put bad rumours around about each others products so who knows. Just bare in mind that point two and helite apparently did not split on good terms so are both ready and willing to tell you why their product is SO much better than the other one.

For some reason the air jacket industry seems like an extremely dog eat dog one! Hmm haven't saw Helite saying bad things about Point 2 it's just someone elses observations on an older forum. I can't help but wonder why on BBC Breakfast this morning it was apparently a Helite air bag system shown by Laura Collett rather than the new Point 2 one. Could be a complete coincidence or a lie on Treehouse's part as it was confirmed on a tweet.
