Am guessing quite a few of you have been round the farm ride at Somerford Park and was just wondering if you could tell me what it's like?
Thanks

I love it, especially for babies. Great water features and plenty of fences to pop on your way round. Not much in way of combinations or bigger, tricky fences but exposure to all types of fence. 80 acres is for the trickier stuff

Depends what you want it for?

I've been and would recommend it. It's safe environment to have a bit of a blast and the water is great in summer as you have to ride up the river. There are a few jumps to pop over but nothing too serious.

Its great, very well maintained with lots of different jumps, they seem to be constantly adding more. You dont have to ride up the river, you can go round it but sometimes they dont cut the hedges back forcing you to go more into the centre of the river where its deeper (which varies depending on recent rainfall) My horse panicked once and I ended up getting knocked out and falling into it, not fun!

So just be careful but apart from that its great

Its great, Its good for a walk, trot canter and gallop. It has all diffrent styles of jumps and bigger and smaller ones. It has water you can jump in and out of and a stream/river to go in and out. Great on a warm day.
I love it.

I think it its a great introduction to XC and a great hack for any horse. Don't usually take mine into the river but there is a water jump with small steps in and out as well as a stream crossing. Lots of nice jumps and all weather take off and landings so great ground too.
