just had notice that there has been more horse equipment stolen locally (biddisham near badgworth) rugs and show jumps apparently.

There has been a lot locally recently in hutton and roundabouts, (some nearer bridgwater too) so just be awares.

I hadn't heard about thefts in Hutton, although there was a red van in the area a few weeks ago, the driver asked at a local farm if they had any horses for sale, which is usually a pretext to take a look around. It was reported to the Police.

We keep ours in Hutton, no tack though.

used to live in Brean. When is Priddy fayre? They have an ancient bylaw which allows them to sell stolen goods. A week before the fayre when I was living there a local field had the hinges taken off the gate and their horse was found in a ditch with a broken leg. Chances are they were trying to get hold of him to sell.
