Only his 4th time jumping under saddle, first time he's ever seen a double and he was a STAR!

Actually they both were.....Cedric had a late call up for NMT to pilot due to Fig having cellulitis :( and he too is very green jumping but absolutely loved it and aside from one offensive skinny just sailed over everything he was pointed at!

Major win of the day was getting the midget in the water............he truly detests it and it took about 25 minutes and in the process of titting around on the edge he managed to nut me in the face and get his bridle headpiece hooked under my hat peak and nearly pull the entire thing clean off, thankfully his mass of hair held it long enough for me to grab it mid buck and pull it back on................only on a pony lol!!!

tempted to try a few WHP next summer!

Fantastic pics - looks like you both had a wonderful time! (Apart from the water and bridle hiccup of course.....)

Well done! :)

Is that Somerford's new cross country out in the first loop of the farm ride? Looks like you had an absolute ball, all four of you

yes, can highly recommend its a really good selection of fences, something for everyone from trot pole size upwards so for real green beans you can walk over then trot then canter then a tiny jump etc :)

Looking great! I took a couple of green ones there last weekend and it was brilliant. Lots of variety of height of fences, plus if you jump the bigger ones it feels like a massive achievement. Jumping the biggest on the field! Even though they only go up to 90cm 😂
