We've been looking for a short break in March to take our two dogs, close to large sandy beaches..We'd prefer not to have a cottage, but to stay in a pub.

We've taken them to the Gower before but the only three places I found are already booked for the dates we can do..I've googled and googled, but really only cottages to rent seem to come up.

Does any one have any recommendations either in the Gower, or perhaps along the Somerset coast?
Thank you

Thank you. Beach looks fabulous.
I've just emailed a pub there to see if they take dogs... maybe some places would be willing to and just don't advertise the fact..

We go to Pembrokeshire in March/ April and September, lots of dog friendly sand beaches particularly in March as restrictions don't apply. St Govans inn Stackpole does B&B I think they take dogs, we have had some great hols but do hire a cottage that takes dogs, but eat out a lot.

Last year we went to THe Culborne on Exmoor (just above Porlock) who have dog friendly rooms, excellent food very hospitable and fantastic walking. Millie and Murphy would very much like to go back again!
