Son's show result

Don't know if anyone remembers but I posted this morning that my youngest was going to do his first competition today. He did lead rein gymkhana and shockingly enough I wasn't suffering from exhaustion after the first race

Son managed to get 2nd

The grin on his face says it all

Think he might have been bitten by the competition bug - he's already asked when he can do his next one

The important thing for me was that his first taste of competition was an enjoyable one. He had fun taking part and was grinning pretty much all the way through
