Our first time out today, plus I've only had him 2 months, 3 weeks of that i was on holiday and another 2 he was lame!
so we went to a cricklands qualifier nearby, more for the experiance than anything.
decided to do 2ft 6 and see how it went, we went and he jumped a beautiful round, but just a little fast, bad line and had to circle over our tracks to number 7
Decided to enter 2ft 9, went clear beautifully, 6 of us in the jump-off, we then went clear again in the jump-off and came 4th, so qualified for Broomies aswell
So such a good day, even if we don't think we can get to Broomies
Very pleased with Cheyenne, he did so well for our first time out, and very pleased with myself for braving the very scary, slanting, optical illusion filler under a very narrow skinny!
