Hiya, I have just come back from holiday and my friend looked after my horse but didn't notice that he has a big bold sore on either side of tail actually on his quarters and seems to be making it worse by swishing his tail. The patch isn't weeping but he has rubbed his hair off and is making it quite red.
I have been putting vit E cream on as sudacream made it too soggy, have also bathed it once but I need to stop the itch scratch cycle, any ideas? He isn't rubbing it on the fence which is good. Thanks
