Hi, hope someone can help.
My dog, 4yo newfoundland, really does everything she can to avoid walking on tarmac or rough stoney ground, it can take me 5mins to walk about 400yds to get to the fields, she just treads so carefully ad slowly, if there is grass at side she will get to the grass and walk happily. If she was a horse id say she was foot sore and needs shoes on!!
She does drag one front foot when walking, she had to have some bone removed form elbow when she was a puppy through a puppy injury, since then she has always dragged it a bit she can pick it up fully just rarely does!!
i dont know whether to get her some dog boots and see if that helps.
does anyone have any ideas of what to do? or of any dog boots?
