Sad update.
Unfortunately, despite trying absolutely everything she had another flare up of laminitis. After an honest discussion with the vet regarding prognosis and quality of life we made the decision that it would be kinder to PTS.

You did everything you could and she was very lucky to have such an astute owner, who was willing to try anything and everything.
Our EMS pony has just started on ertugliflozin as the spring flush made him a little footy, despite soaked analysed hay, managing his turnout carefully, daily exercise etc.
It's so hard to manage and has driven me to tear on many occasions.
