My pony is usually a fun and challenging to ride and usually he softens to the contact fairly quickly, but does like to play with his head. Since Tuesday he has been really difficult to get on the bit and has been absolutely dead to my right hand and he has been turning his head to the left no matter what reign we are on. He can be quite strong sometimes but this is full on it avoidance. As a side note he always gobbles his bit up when he is tacked up (sometimes with parts of his bridle as well!) But we've had to coax the bit in his mouth recently. He usually wear a drop cheek french link sniffle and a caveson to school usually
