Sore sheath ???

Horse has recently been treated for urine infection, has a lot of melamomas which dodnt help , sheath gets cleaned twice a week as per vets instructions , however sheath is becoming horrible again ???

I think I would treat systemically, I would call Trinity Consultants and ask about L94. Whenever Rigsby starts to self combust with swellings, irritations etc it seems to damp down his reactions.
