Anyone have any experience of this? If so, how did you help it repair and what do you do to prevent it recurring?
My osteo, who is well respected and knows my horse, says that he believes there is some tenderness there which has also led to some inflammataion in the pelvis area. He also says that it's nothing to worry about and puts it down to how my horse is built, perhaps aggravated by the flocking shifting slightly in a brand new saddle (saddler is due to check flocking).
He has said to carry on with the usual regime after a couple of days rest, but just wondering if any of you guys had experience to pass on. Thanks.
