Sores

My dog is getting lots of scabby sores under his fur on his skin. He has a bit (prob about 10p piece size) missing and a bit scabby few weeks ago but i cleaned it and after around 2 weeks it went. I wasnt oo worried as it was where his harness goes and i thought as he had been out lots it had just rubbed. Just notcied today hes come out in lots of little sores all over him. Going to call vets tomorrow but does anyone know what this might be? My first thought was ring worm :( but not too sure
 
An allergic reaction to something?
Even the material of the harness?
Could also be grass/tree pollen, a parasite, household product etc. Pine household products can be an issue.

If the harness does rub him at all I would change it for another or put him in a collar.

Vet can give you an antihistamine or Malaseb shampoo.

I'd rub on a bit of aloe vera gel to remove possible heat or itchyness. Good luck tomorrow.
 
Hes had the harness since a puppy so dont think its that. The reason i thought it is that hes a very stubbern little boy and ifhe doesnt want to move he just slams on and pull back lol. Ill take him the vets 2moz just to check it out. They must be sick of the sight of me lol
