15'2 Grey Mare, TBx type not sure what with maybe connemara (sp?) .. Passport says she is 10 vet recons a bit younger maybe 8 ish, has jumped according to last owner BSJA, but Ican't find her record, she is typical showjumper wants to go go go.. but not nasty, can nap at the gate but once going goes well. Will hack out alone or in company but once feet hit the grass she wants to go.. has never actually gone though.. just winds herself up.. has done a few dressages but not sucsessfull.. as always just been jumped. rider would like something quieter to ride so will consider swap for right horse . Mare is not nasty and very good to handle on the ground. I think she would make great SJ horse for teanager coming off ponies as she is a fun mare.

so any ideas on price?

sorry got no pics, but I know you love these!

I'm selling, although she isnt advertised yet... I was thinking about the 2.5k mark.. but not sure.. she is basically all show but no action, cos she hasnt actually done anything bad.. in the right 'jumping hands' she will be rather good, not fab but a nice little horse for someone wanting fun.

No definately more than that! Note that she is fizzy but if she is bombproof like you said (never actually gone or would go) then why so low priced, I would say probably just under £3000

so you reacon if I put her on for say £3k then that would leave room to negotiate? grr.. I hate these things..

I think she will always be kinda fizzy as she knows no different.

I'm confident a good teenager/small adult rider who wants fun would get on great with her.

Right Guys this might be a little hard to believe ...

Muffalina is my Horse I bought her as a 10 year old she is 15.2 grey ConnX TB as has competed at a high standard as a working Hunter intermediate and will jump anything comfortably at 110cms and is a speed demon . Can be VERY nappy enjoys showing everyone that she can walk just on her back feet but is a jem in every other respectS cuddles and kisses galore and had hunted which is quite exciting!!!

I paid £1700 9 years ago with Tack!!

Sorry, as I said I know for sale just the same, they can't sell it for 2k at the min! Has done everything won and placed nearly everytime out. All that people keep saying is too fizzy!
I am in the market for another but I too would want to pay less than 3k for it.

If it rears then you're looking at 1500 tops with full disclosure about her napping.

You bought a yearling with all tack?!

I think your horse (bettyboo1967 not ladylina83) should deff go up for £3000 OVNO, and see what interest you get. If after a few days you have no interest you could always knock the price a bit

She only napps going into the show ring, more to do with excitement.. and once over her first fence is fine

I would't put her down as bombproof as this is a very missleading term, but she is pretty much good to do in all ways. as you say I can try that price if no interest I can drop it.

Thanks guys

Sorry folks this should have read 6 years ago - my boss walked in!

I think your pony sounds ace myself but not not everyone would, as in your situation the girl who sold her to me was looking for a little less spark ! Someone might look to hunt her. But there isn't much of a market at the moment especially in the run up to Christmas - I forgot to say I picked Lina up on Christmas eve! Bargin in my eyes as we have had so much fun I think £2k ish maybe??

£1.5k ish- she hots up on grass (so no hunting, fun rides i would imagine), naps, doesn't have a comp record and doesn't like dressage.

doesn't sound ideal to a teenager to me!

many teenagers are selling atm due to a levels/uni, parents don't want another horse over winter and prices are going to keep dropping now as winter approaches.
