15.2hh Mouse dun gelding 11 yrs Highland x arab sire Innes of Invervack, (dams sire baksheesh who competed at high level endurance, showumping and dressage.)
Good conformation and amazing paces, would excel at dressage or showing. Schools nicely but very low milage and needs schooling on.
Easy to handle, shoe etc. Good in traffic, steady, sensible hack could be ridden by novice in company but needs more confident rider alone.
Registered with the highland pony society as a part bred, could also be registered with arab society.

Only possibly thinking of selling as I don't have the time to spend on him that he needs, but have no idea how much he is worth.

That would be ideal but financially wise I should really sell him, I've got 11 others to ride and am supposed to be backing my 3 year old this winter though I'm planning for her to become a broodmare so could possibly have a bit more time for him eventually. There's not too many horsey people round here to share with either.
Thanks something to think about though.

Eek you are busy then!

Hmm if you have the room perhaps a loan to stay at your yard?

You will have no problem seeing him im sure, but I think it would be a shame to let such a gorgeous chap go! Unless of course you dont think you will have more time for him as time goes on, then it might be the best thing for him.

Thanks.
The problem is that when I got him I fully intended to school him on and compete a little but now I'm doing the pony trekking I just don't feel like I have the time to spend with him that he needs. Unfortunately he will not make a trekking pony as I had hoped as he's not confident enough as lead horse and I don't want him used for clients as it will ruin him. Also here we have no schooling facilities and not many opportunities to compete and I feel that he is wasted here.

Anyway I was thinking he's worth about £2500 is this a bit steep as he hasn't really done much for his age? or do you think I could ask a bit more because of his colour/looks/potential etc?

I think £2500 sounds fair for where I live, not sure what prices are like in bonny Scotland. Looks like an ideal family horse or mother and daughter share, if you were closer I would be on the doorstep with my lorry - he looks lovely.

£2500 is what I'd sell Fudge for (and what he is insured for)and from your description he's at a similar level of schooling etc and looking around I'd say that was a fair price considering how lovely looking your horse is.

Oh to be up there living on Mull - I'd share or buy him like a shot! He looks stunning, hope you find a great home for him.

£2000 or around that price. As hes quiet and well suited as a showing/dressage pony id want to put the price up but from your post he doesnt seem to have done much else other than a bit of hacking and schooling which is why i say £2000. Nice pony though, i like him alot and im fussy!
