Think it would work best if everyone could vote on their favourite X no of photos, and then the twelve with the most votes would be assigned to the calendar. I’m sure there’re websites designed for this kind of polling.

I don't know the ins and outs of the website, but this lets you set up photo competitions where you can all vote for a favourite.. People could submit their entries, to be uploaded to this website and then voted for. You would need a thread each for all 12 months though I would think. I would be happy to administrate this if people think it's a good idea.

We've had photo comps on here where the winter was the most likes. We could have rules like only one photo per post, state which month you want it to be.

And yes to a Daily Dave, of course!
