Somne time ago there was a link to a 'traffic light' system for grading food and I seem to have lost it! Could some kind soul point me in the right direction please?

Have 2 reasons for needing it:

a) discovered to my horror that one of my horse riding friends feeds her dogs Bakers  She's willing to change thank heavens, so wanted to give her this info.

b) I have a new dog coming tomorrow, he's had a very hard life and desperately needs a home for his last few years. He's very arthritic and has had no medical help with this, so have got Metacam and Glucosamine sorted for him, but the poor little lad has very few teeth left so needs to be fed wet food, I need to find a good make for him, have only ever looked at the kibble before. Oh yes and he's also deaf! Not quite what I was looking for but I just couldn't leave him in kennels. He's a lovely doddery old poppet :)

So all help and advice will be gladly accepted!

Will leave feed advice to the more knowledgable but just wanted a say a big well done and give my respect for you offering a final loving home to what sounds like a lovely old dog.

If only the world were more full of people like you.

To make things simple, for a dog such as you describe, I would probably feed Naturediet.

Deafness is not too difficult to work around.

Is also useful & easy to use, with cost of Bakers could easily feed something with better ingredients.
Congratulations on the new addition. Most of my dogs don't really chew their kibble just swallow it, you can soak it for a bit in warm water to make it soft if needed. I like natures diet wet but can be expensive as sole food if its a larger dog.
