For a friend!
Basically she has decided to let a section of her yard - ideally to one professional person.
After trawling ads online and in magazines the prices for yards seem to vary wildly!
So the basics -
6 stables - all 1/2 rubber matted, lights, water
5 good acres of grazing with trough
shared use of menage (60 x 20) and lunge pen with owner
storage barn
tack room
Lorry parking
Its within a private yard so not a lot of coming and going and its close to the likes of Hartpury and Summerhouse (not naming exact area due to advertising rule)
How much per month do you guys think this would rent for?
