my horse has just been put on this supplement from the vet hospital. he is still on gastroguard for another 2 weeks as well. it has not been proven to heal gastric ulcers but has been used to help with the thining of the mucosa. Don't quote me on this as This is what the vet school told me. i have to say in the short time my lad has been on it i have noticed a difference in him
it is quite expensive as a 3.5 kg tub costs £72.99 and will only last 2 weeks.

Yeah my horse has been on the supplement as well for around 5 weeks with one more week to go, this was prescribed after the course of gastrogard. I was just wondering how others were getting on with it as it seems to be a new product that most people havnt heard of.

he doesn't have ulcers as such he still has a bit of thining of the mucosa and they have keep him on the gastroguard for another 2 weeks as a precausion as he was a few other ongoing problems.
