Sorry is this photo good enought for ad?

Doesn't matter that the rider is headless, it is the horse people will be interested in. All I would say is that it would be a little better if the horse was tracking up properly although he is in a nice outline.
 
no thats a good pic it focuses more on the horse, however if the horse does usually track up better than use a one showing this use that one.
 
Depends where you are advertising. If you are given large space then it is fine, if the space allowance is small then you won't be able to see the horse. Light backdrops are always favourite as then the horse stands out.

he is a little tight through his whole topline, behind the vertical and not tracking up... would be looking for a softer more harmonious picture to really catch the eye. Slightly longer rein, a little softer and longer in the contact. Of curse it all depends on what price range you are asking for him... its always worth your while taking time to get a good picture... and capturing the right moment.
