So how much for a
16hh, rising 5 year old traditional Friesian (not papered) gelding?
He has been lightly backed and hacked only a few times but fairly quiet on road (before accident below)
The problem........he was a driving horse (did two weddings last year)but had a accident last year where the carriage tipped up and he was caught underneath. There was no traffic involved as it was on a bridleway. He is no longer suitable as a driving horse.
How much do you think his owner could realistically price him at?

Freisians have a real following as riding/dressage horses. Does he move well? If so, I'd produce him for dressage - you could then probably get quite good money for him. I'd say around £5k.
