I'm so sorry to hear your in hospital, as a fellow back sufferer I sympathise greatly (I've got the rod, had the body cast last winter so just the polyfilla left to try!).
As the others have said, just take it easy, try to do what the doctors advise and you'll be back on your lovely mare very soon.

Can I just add that I thought your jumping pics were great, and how scary is it that such a graceful fall can end up with such serious consequences?

Swallow those happy pills down with your favourite hot choc!
