Does anyone remember me posting a REALLY long post about changing yards, and trainers...etc??

Well everything has gone pretty much down hill from there, ex RI has been really bitchy towards me, and mum got a nasty call from her mum on Friday.

Ok, well we do owe her money but everytime we have asked her how much we owe she says she doesn't know, so we have left it for a bit (we still had her pony). Phone call on Friday was to tell us to pay over twice the amount we actually owe her and that we had to drop her pony off.

She is now wanting to charge us for things that I have worked at the yard in exchange for. Also in exchange for us taking a pony to competitions for her, she has coached me for free (but tbh if you want to call shouting at me 5mins before I go in coaching, then

). WE do owe her money for comps, but she never tells us how much they are, so how can we pay her?

Obv, I know it would have been better to get things in writing, but unfortunatly everything was going ok, so we didn't.

Now we have had 1 of her ponies for over 9 months, free of charge, plus over the summer last year we had 5 of her ponies, again free of charge.

Woman has just turned up to collect pony, come onto our property, gone into the field, got her pony and driven away, not dropping off the things that she has of mine, and not collecting her money

If the dogs hadn't of barked then we wouldn't even have known that pony was gone.

It's all a very complicated situation, but I'm really annoyed. Mum has said that if she wants to charge us for the things she says she does then we will charge her for having pony, the things pony has broken, and her trimming costs....which come to 5 times the amount we 'owe' her...

Sorry rant over, just think she should have had the decency to either come in and say she was taking the pony, or at least write us a note to say she was taking her

I actually do that anyway unless you saw who actually took it I would at least ring and check it was her, say you are about to report it stolen etc.

Just thinking if you didn't see it was her and then you didn't tell her and it had been nicked would open even more worm cans!

But we saw her lorry... do you mean we didn't actually talk to her, and didn't actually know she was the one taking it away?

Yup. All you know is, the pony has gone. Because surely, if it was 'her', then she would have had the courtesy to stop and say hello, drop off your things and pick up the cash while she was there
