I am having an interview tomorrow for a lunch supervisor at local school.

So I do not want to look too formal.

Are my choices appropriate....

Maxi dress with heels and cardi. Or

Pilatso trousers with a floaty top and heels??

Thank you in advance x

I'm not one to advise on dress :D but I'd say whatever you go with, as long as it looks like you've made an effort, and it's comfortable. There's nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable and you want to be able to concentrate on the interview. Good luck!

hi there I work in a school and would suggest smart casual something along lines of trouser / shirt / smart top combo. most important is to be confident but you need to come across as professional so would suggest not maxi dress as a bit too casual. hope this helps and good luck! x

I'd go with the trousers combo as well

Ditto this :).

I had an interview at a school last week and wore an on the knee skirt, flat shoes and a linen top/shirt type thing :). It wasn't for a supervisors job but it was for an on your feet all day job, hence the flat shoes :o.

I thought you might all say trouser combo lol

I already volunteer for after school club so I hope they take that into consideration !!!!

Getting quite nervous now as it would really help us out with the extra money it will bring in....

And I love the kidsx
