be honest with her but make sure she knows it was not her fault explain why you didnt tell her eariler i suffer with depression and it is horrible when your low but she needs to know the truth and it wasnt her fault

Oh I'm so cross with myself

She just called back and I couldnt tell her

She was crying and saying she had been so worried.

I said that cat is still in the vets but not looking good at all. I said I am going up there tomorrow to see her and I will decided then what is best for the cat. I told her that I will ring her after I have been and let her know, but I may not have good news and think that pts may be the kindest option.

I am not proud of lying to her, but I just couldnt bring myself to do it.

What is wrong with me! I'm normally such a hard cow
