Hello, I have been through all the posts, facebook sites etc and there seems to be no available DIY livery anywhere in South Cambridgeshire with shelter and a school!

I am moving up from Reading to start a graduate job and would really love to bring my boy up with me when I start in September.

If anyone knows of any DIY yards that have spaces in the next couple of months I would be so so grateful.

Alternatively if anyone can private message me any details of private yards with a spare stable that would be amazing. I do low level eventing and am very happy to help out with chores etc. In Berkshire (where I live at the moment) I regularly do house/horse sitting so can provide a number of references etc. Just looking for somewhere I can quietly keep up the riding and eventing alongside working.

Any help hugely appreciated, very happy to come up and look round any suggestions!!

Thank you!!

Where abouts in South Cambridgeshire are you looking? I know of some places in Fulbourne, Castle Camps and Great Abington you could contact.

Hoping to rent somewhere in Cherry Hinton, basically within commuting distance of Trumpington. Any contacts would be fab!

We have spaces at the diy yard I'm at in South Cambs. We're between the villages of Longstowe and Arrington. Not great if you're going to be living in Cherry Hinton though. I'd aim for yards in the Fulbourn area if I were you. Afraid I don't know what yards there are round that way, but I've heard there are some. In case the area I'm in would be of any interest, we have turnout all year, 24/7 if wanted (between summer and winter paddocks), indoor stables, outdoor all weather floodlit 20x40m arena. Owners living on site, good hacking off site but we have a hacking track on site. it's not cheap - £173/month but hay is included. the only compromise is there are no shelters in the fields, other than that it's pretty perfect. it's called Coombe Grove Farm.
