would it be full livery or DIY? Think there is waiting list for DIY at the moment, though he usually manages to find a space for people (might be a pen rather than a proper stable to start with).
There is all year turnout and good hacking and the yard is conveniently located. If you are a sociable type and don't mind kids/teenagers you'll get on fine

My 3 horses are stabled there. Moved in May best decision ever. Two of mine have a stable and one is in a pen
