Has anyone been there?

I'm doing my calendar for the spring hunter trials and they have got loads on.

Always dismissed it as being too far to travel, but my list is looking empty, and the course pictures look pretty good.

Anyone got any ideas on how long it would take to get there from the Yeovil area? I am about 40mins in the lorry from the M5 at Jcn 25, I'd be interested to know if the A303 is better or not.

It's a lovely course but is a bit of a trek for me, and I'm v close to J25, about an hour and a half - 2 hours or more with the trailer.

its 10 mins from me and a lovely training course - but is on clay so will suffer when its too wet and too dry. A303 will take you onto the A30 at honiton and then stay on theA30 to Whiddon Down. It will be about 20 mins from Whiddon Down. Probably better course with more options at Pontispool ( Taunton) and Stockland lovell
