Southdowns Livery (Midhurst) - any opinions? (also in Stable Yard)

Any opinions or feedback on Southdowns Livery, near Midhurst (Hampshire /West Sussex)?

They seem quite cheap for this part of the country and they're perfectly situated between where we're living atm and where we're moving to next year
