How do people think he's getting on? I've been taking photos weekly to compare as I see him every day so don't always see the difference in him.

He seems happier in himself and is getting his colour back now to, it's going to be a long slow process but hopefully he's on the right tracks.

Now he was clipped before he lost his weight otherwise he wouldve still had his winter woolies. He was been fed on Alfa A molasses free, fast fibre and veg plus hay, at night he had an additional bucket of fast fibre – when I took him on he was out 24/7 with one feed a day so I changed him to in at night, out during the day (from 1pm till 7pm) with 3 small feeds a day plus an additional bucket of fast fibre and hay. He wasn’t eating hardly any of his hay though. I’ve cut his feeds back down to two so he can go out longer and is now been fed Alfa beet, Dengie healthy hooves, Allen & Page L mix, pink powder senior, vegetable oil, lami free and hay. He is still in at night, out during the day (but for the past few days has been in 24/7) with hay at night (or whenever he is in). He is given at least 1 large haynet and a pile of hay on the floor and is eating the majority of it 

The day I took him on loan - January 1st 2013
