Space for one native type gelding

I have space for one native type gelding, a good do-er who needs a bare field. Must be barefoot. Field has a shelter and hedges, to share with one other pony. I feed hay all year though grassy areas are available for a treat. Hay included in price. Good all weather school plus some off road riding or driving. Stables and yard area for grooming, tacking up etc, quiet place near Widdrington Station. £20 per week.

Would you consider a mare? I have a little Welsh Sect A who's 5. We're currently at Catterick in North Yorkshire but will be relocating in September to Ashington and I'm looking for somewhere for her to go. She currently shares with a gelding and have had no issues. She's barefoot and a fattie so restrict grazing would suit. I also need somewhere child friendly as I have two small girls. If not can I been cheeky and ask if you can recommend anywhere?
