SJ and Dressage staged in Southern Spain in March time - great fun, and a good excuse for me to go home for a while LOL!
THere is also another thing that is being done which takes place at Centro de Arte Equestre de Estepona and the Marbella Hill Club - trying to get more info about that (read about it when I was over this summer)
Yep there is - again wont know the classes until OCt/Nov
The one I REALLY want to do is the Asprey Cup - held at my old yard, San Roque Club - only prob is it is in August - but it is absolutely super duper and I might see if my old trainer wont chuck a horse my way next year (very unlikely unless someone breaks a leg LOL)

Don't think my boys will be jumping at a decent enough level by then <img src="http://horseandhound.co.uk/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> Would probably target a show in northern France or Belgium first though....not as far to go lol!

Yeah! Rambo

I am really unsure JH - I have requested schedules from both and will get back in contact with the BSJA in Nov if I havent received them by then - then I will stick all the info up here

I think (from memory of last years results !), they have a small tour that has classes around 1.20m and 1.30m, or a large tour with classes up to the max
I think it was about £1000 per horse to enter last year...obviously you have to get them there, and live while you're there too
Defintely looks like fun, but one for the future for us I think. Loads of Brits go (well it is Spain after all lol!)...
I would recommend it to anyone - mind it has changed now being up at Montenmedio - we had it at Sotogrande, San Pedro and Marbella going back to when it started - happy days, I won some good money!
The Sunshine Tour and the Portuguese equivalent take place earlier in the year than the start of the Belgian outdoor season because of course of the weather. The conditions and facilities are what has made the Sunshine Tour so popular with riders in the UK and northern Europe.
