Spare parts for Bates saddles

Had my Bates fitted to youngster a few weeks ago, saddle changed the gullet and I can only assume they didnt tighten the screws properly as they have both come loose and one has fallen out.

Does anyone know where I can get new screws from? Can't ride until I get them and don't really want to give newly broken horse too much time off!

Emailed Bates but no response yet.

If your local tack shop sells wintec & bates just get some spares from them. My screws are interchangeable between saddles 1 wintec and 1 bates and screws fit both.
