It's been ages since I've done an update on the two foals this year so here they are.

Sparks (Maesfen Taboo) by H Tobago x Witches Broom born 20th May. Bred to be a competition horse who should have fun showing too.

Not enough of Sparks......who is looking delicious as normal.
I know I say it everytime but he is one cracking little chap!
How is Bea? Is all in place for Sparks Mk2?

Really like Manny, can you send him to me please ??? :D

Too late, my friend, I asked for him weeks ago !

Middleweight in the making, he is going to be rather smart and will be at HOYs in 2018 as a flat horse, then he will win the workers the year after, stay at the top until he is 10 and then lead the field for the Duke of Beaufort or Quorn.

Polish your boots Maesfen.

The only place I am going to race is upstairs so I can bag most of the bed !

Looks like I am stuck with Little Ted then, still, we will be at Hoy's with you. Ted will be in the heavy horse driving display. He has just ploughed a very impressive furrow in his paddock and the airs above the ground would put a Lipina - those white horses ! in their place. He scored a perfect for his triple pike with his front feet in a double reef knot.

Many thanks, you always make me smile with your comments about him.

High praise indeed, thank you but I'd prefer he lead the Wynnstay, we have a better - and bigger - country! :D;);)

Bless Little Ted, at least he gives you - and us - loads of amusement, he's worth his weight in gold for that alone. :D

Not what I thought when his furry feet skimmed my ear, then he had the cheek to turn, face me and laugh, before bongo dancing around me like some daft labrador puppy.

My Archie yearling producing a break dancing exhibition for the farrier yesterday. I reckon the current bag of Suregrow has a bad manners vitamin in it !
