Does anyone have wee nicknames for their horses? My friend nicknamed Mae the fat little racehorse, thats because when i first got her she was round and only 13.2hh, also she didnt know how to canter so would go straight into gallop. Boy can she gallop!!

I call Murphy (the elderly man) Papa Smurf lol, hes gray so seemed right, hes the most intelligent out of them all.

With hubbies horse Mo, i call him Mo mo when im in a good mood with him. Now he will only come to you in the field if you call Mo mo lol. This annoys Kenny as he goes calling Mo and he wont come near him!

Beau: OH shouts 'beau beau' in a very high pitched voice when we arrive at the yard

OH also calls him 'beau beau the wonder horse'


Lance: SeaSlug, because when he stretches he looks like a seahorse, and he is black like a slug!

Grace is nicknamed 'Dizzy' because she should be blonde!

Troy is called 'TroyBoy' all of the time because I keep saying him and Grace will have babies and he will be her toyboy

Fatty Atty or Scatty Atty mean ol mum aren't I.

Mac is Victor Meldrew although that doesn't really suit him anymore since he's now completely mellow in retirement.
 
Oh dear my horse has so many nicknames it's no wonder he doesn't come when we call him

My daughter calls him fruit loop or loonbucket
 
Wylye- Lolly pops or ba5tard pig!!!!
Boo- Boo Bear or Little Boo

That is really weird my Hannah is also nicknamed Banana! It started as Hanna Banna then got changed to Banana!

Lol had a good giggle at them. Kenny calls Mae wideload and she now responds to it!! It was when she was pregnant, hope he doesnt call me that now im pregnant!!!
