Split Muscle Membrane

Hello Everyone,

I had the vet out to Mallie and the lump on her hind quarters is where she has prevoiusly had trama and there is a gap/split inbetween the two muscles just below her quarters - where the leg joins

Has anyone else experienced this and if they have any ideas of how to encourage the lump to go down naturally?

I don't want the vets to try to remove it as it doesn't cause her any discomfort so I don't want to risk infection....

The best person to offer advice and probably treatment would be a physio, there are various treatments they can do that would probably help reduce the swelling and improve the muscle function.
