My daughters gorgeous 11 year old mare has just been diagnosed with spondylosis. We have been told it is very hard to treat and that basically she can't be ridden due to the pain. Ian so upset as she is such a beautiful natured horse and considering she has been in so much pain she has not once thrown my daughter off.
I don't have our own field, I can't afford two horses (daughter is only 14 and wants to ride) but don't want to PTS as she is beautiful. Please has anyone got a happy ending with Spondylosis?????
