Just slightly self indulgant!!
I bring my 2yr old up once a week to do some 'work' as he tends to get bored in the field
We have learnt to stand up and trot/walk in hand as if showing ready for next year.
Today we decided to try some spook training with him.
I put lots of cones and a couple of road signs, large piece of wood to walk over, plastic chairs, water barrels and also some people on the yard clapping and cheering as we went by/stood there and he wasn't bothered by ANYTHING!
He had a sniff of everything then calmly walked by. (good job really at 17hands!)
Just wondered what else we could show him in prep for showing etc next year?

well done!! If you are planning county shows then practice with pushchairs appearing suddenly in front of him, motorcycle dispaly teams, burger vans, brollies, flappy tenys, monster trucks and 30 foot high purple inflatable octopusses!!!!!!! LOL sounds like your'e having fun and will end up with a super riding horse!
