A few clubs are having difficulty setting up the system - I know I am for our club and a few others in our area have as well.
I dont know what ours did, but they supplied a link in the closed Facebook group, so that we could do it. Still had to then log in. Made a mockery of already being logged in as you still couldn't renew via that.
A good few issues going on now and a fair few grimaces on the area 11 Facebook group. An honoury life member can't do this, HQ looking into it. Nobody has so far joined 2 clubs.
2 of our members had toys out of prams at such a unwieldy site (both work in IT) that they refuse to renew that way.
Another member doesnt have internet and pays by cheque, she's v unhappy...

I think a few gremlins need sorting, the site is currently not very user friendly. I'm sure it will ease in time tho (but why oh why are equestrian sites (not all) so crap to use compared with other sports?)

I find the site fairly user friendly and had no trouble logging in etc.
It's much more user friendly than skedda which the cricket club use.

But can't pay to renew my membership as my "post code is wrong" - anyone else had this? I've emailed support.

I've also had difficulty and had to resort to emailing BRC. I'm sure it shouldn't have to be this difficult 🤷‍♀️

I found it very difficult to find things.

I can't understand why their isn't an option to renew membership from the main menu. You shouldn't have to go hunting for it.

My only other gripe is that, having paid for a year's membership, I'm now receiving emails telling me to set up auto renewal.
