I am writing a feature on sport psychology and am looking for a case study - I would like to hear from a rider who has suffered from pre-competition nerves and has overcome this in the past; I'd also be interested in speaking to anyone with this issue who has a plan to actively overcome this and has set something up, eg with a therapist.
